Creating History/Note items directly from the field, submitting maintenance tickets, accepting payments via various methods (credit card, ACH, cash, ePay), and utilizing voice-to-text capabilities are some of the other convenient features available.

The app's recent updates have further improved user experience. Enhanced inspection capabilities allow for on-the-spot inspections, complete with photo documentation and status updates. Service issues can be filed and reports can be sent to owners and tenants directly from the device. Adding violations to tenant accounts, along with supporting photos and notes, is now simpler than ever. Instant synchronization with RM12 ensures that all actions are reflected accurately in the system. One notable feature is the app's integrated Violations functionality. Users can add new violations to a tenant's account directly from the app, including supporting photos and notes. Existing violations can also be accessed, escalated as necessary, and associated charges can be calculated.

The app also caters to technicians by enabling them to document maintenance work directly from their devices. All updates are automatically synced with the RM12 database. Technicians have the option to create parts/labor records for charges or document work completed with photos.
