Searching for specific contacts is made easy by the app's extensive search functionality. Tenants, prospects, owners, and vendors can be accessed using various search items such as address, email, or license plate number. Once a contact is selected, users can view detailed profile information including User Defined Fields, ownerships, transaction history, and contact details. Creating History/Note items directly from the field, submitting maintenance tickets, accepting payments via various methods (credit card, ACH, cash, ePay), and utilizing voice-to-text capabilities are some of the other convenient features available.

The app's recent updates have further improved user experience. Enhanced inspection capabilities allow for on-the-spot inspections, complete with photo documentation and status updates. Service issues can be filed and reports can be sent to owners and tenants directly from the device. Adding violations to tenant accounts, along with supporting photos and notes, is now simpler than ever. Instant synchronization with RM12 ensures that all actions are reflected accurately in the system. Additionally, attaching photos to History/Notes, contact images, and bills can be done effortlessly.

Recording utility meter readings has been simplified with rmAppSuite Pro. Users can record utility consumption meter readings on the go, making billing tenants easier than ever. Barcode scanning capabilities allow for quick and accurate identification of meters, while displaying previous readings enables users to identify irregularities easily.

One notable feature is the app's integrated Violations functionality. Users can add new violations to a tenant's account directly from the app, including supporting photos and notes. Existing violations can also be accessed, escalated as necessary, and associated charges can be calculated.

The app also caters to technicians by enabling them to document maintenance work directly from their devices. All updates are automatically synced with the RM12 database. Technicians have the option to create parts/labor records for charges or document work completed with photos.

The intuitive text messaging feature allows for seamless communication with clients. Service technicians can easily contact tenants to notify them of their arrival or update owners on inspection results. All text messages are securely saved in the Text Messaging Center.

rmAppSuite Pro also integrates with rmVoIP*, enabling users to make and receive office-like phone calls. Service technicians and inspectors can contact tenants without sharing personal phone numbers, and all phone calls are logged and tracked within RM12*. *rmVoIP contract is required.

Please note that to access any of the rmAppSuite Pro apps, users must be current Rent Manager Online customers.
